0:09.1	the murders of Rob and Michelle Reiner. I have seen a lot of just wrong information. I have seen a lot
0:14.9	of inaccurate speculation. And I have seen a lot of genuine lawnard questions. So today we're going to go through the things
0:22.1	that we know, the things that we do not know, and the things that might come in the future when we're
0:29.5	talking about the legal process for this case. Not the speculation, not the maybe could, would,

0:40.6	Because we have now video from the arraignment continuance that we're going to look at.
0:47.2	We know the coroner's cause and manner of death that we're going to take a look at.
0:52.0	We know the next court dates. and we know what some of the
0:54.9	options are. And a lot of you have asked me about California's not guilty by reason of insanity or
1:01.5	NGI and what that plea means because this is not a plea you see at arraignment. So no, he's not
1:07.6	going to come in on January 7th and plea NGI.
1:11.0	That's not even how the process works.
1:12.6	So we're going to talk about that process, what that means and where that's possible.
1:17.2	And what the reasonable and likely legal next steps are not the overdrawn, overwrought headlines.
