All the What's up everybody? This is Stick to Football. It's Wednesday. That means

it's myself Matt Miller and my boy Connor Rogers I'm still apparently coming off a

cold that I've had since Baton Rouge where almost died you've been in LA

living the dream probably just a little sunburnt maybe a little tired from all the surfing that you did

I'm coming back into the cold right now and it kind of sucks going from 85 and sunny

to 40 here in New York and New Jersey but I can't complain because you get back from a little break, a little

vacation and a lot is going on in the NFL and I think it's our favorite thing, Matt.

Would you agree with that that trades and kind of

free agency besides the actual first round of the draft is really our favorite

thing to cover because it leads to so much discussion of what we love most and that's team building and really decision-making in the NFL

It absolutely is man and we are gonna do a lot of that today as we see a recording on a Tuesday morning

We are one week away from the NFL trade

deadline and already we've seen a lot of moves going down. Amari Cooper's

been traded. There's rumors of more trades coming that we might even hear about while we're sitting here

recording so it's gonna be an NFL trade deadline heavy podcast for us today

which I think you guys are all gonna enjoy and we going to put our stick to football spin on it talking

about how this affects the NFL draft, how this affects the team building of those clubs

involved definitely the Dallas Cowboys and Lee Oakland Raiders as they pulled off a trade on Monday that surprised

a lot of people.
