Welcome back to another episode of Stay Hot.

And I just want to start this episode off by saying, I apologize

for the audio quality of last episode's intro. I know I was sounding like I was underwater for the

first like 30 seconds, but hopefully I am sounding clear and crispy today. And we have a lot of

NFL news to talk about lots of trades that are getting thrown around,

a trade that has happened that we didn't talk about, the Debo Samuel one, D.K. Metcalfe requesting a

trade. Some guys got extended. Some guys got cut. We've got to talk about it. But before we get into it

all, Matt, Theo, how are you guys doing on this wonderful Wednesday evening?

I'm doing really good. The weather's starting to turn here. We're starting to get up like it was 60 today.

Now, it got cold again, and it's probably going to have. Has it been raining there? It's been raining here.

Yeah. So it's going to, you know, it's going to be up and down for a while.

But we're out of the worst of it, I think.

We're out of where it's like below 20, where it's like there's just nothing you can do at that point.

It's just point in blank miserable.

And I know daylight savings is coming up here soon, no? And that's a good thing,

because it'll start being light out later. That's a big deal to me. The light almost matters more.

It doesn't, but it almost does. No, the light matters a lot. And it's already been light out

like a decent bit later. Like I leave flag football now and it's still been light out like a decent bit later like i leave flag football now and
