Welcome to the NFL fantasy football podcast, where we're saying goodbye to our families until

January. It's me, your man, M.G. Marcus Grant, joined by Michael F. Florio. And we've got an all-female

group of specialists. We've got Susie. We got Cynthia. We got Parker. It's good to see you, ladies.

We're glad that you are here today. Florio you and i had a we had a football weekend this

week yeah you know we uh we got to see we got to see next year's potential number one dynasty

rookie quarterback it looks like my first ever really my first real college football game i've

been to like a hofstra game i don't count that they don't really exist anymore uh getting

to go out to usc with you it was awesome it was a good time. They made it a little closer than I think you would have liked early on, but then blew it out kind of later in the game. It was a fun time. It was a fun time. Yeah, the defense is still going to be on the struggle bus this year. That was not exciting. But watching Caleb Williams do his thing was a whole lot of fun. I'm sure we'll be talking about him on this podcast a lot when we get to the spring and summer of next year. I've seen Cardinals fans already daydreaming of a draft where they get him and Marvin Harrison, Jr. with the top two picks. Yeah. That would be fun. That would be amazing. You get your new pitching catch combo with the first two picks of the draft. It is certainly in the cards for the cards i didn't mean to go that route but it sort of worked out for me

all right we uh we got plenty of stuff to talk about we will continue our division previews we've got the afc west today so we'll dive into those four teams plus we got a visit from adam levittan if you are at at all part of Fantasy Twitter, you are very familiar with that name.

He and the guys over at Establish the Run do a lot of great work.

So we're going to get his thoughts on some running backs.

That's coming up a little bit later on in the show.

But speaking of running backs, that gets us to the top of our news segment because the Raiders and Josh Jacobs have agreed to terms on a one-year contract, which could be worth as much as $12 million.

So it seems, Mike, that this saga has come to an end, at least for now.

Last week, we had one day where there were reports that he was coming back and he was ending his holdout.

And then he tweeted something basically said that, no, I'm not.

So then we were sort of in a holding pattern.

Now he's back.
