What's going on everybody? John Middlkov, three and out podcast, back again as we headed

into this the second round of the playoffs. I think it's referred to as the divisional

round. I'll call it the second round. And what a just incredible week of storylines.

I mean the craziest part about this week and really I mean you'll it'll be reflected

in this podcast is like I'm not even get to the playoffs the playoffs playoffs as Jim

Moore senior would say till later. I mean way too much has happened the last I don't

know 48 hours with coaching movement. And it just shows you in the NFL the power how

famous coaches are in the other two major sports in the NBA and definitely major league

baseball how how devalued they've come. And I have some thoughts and we're going to

dive in to just what happened over the last 48 hours. My thoughts on the hires Kyler

Murray and then we'll definitely you know the playoffs playoffs are this weekend and some

of the games are outstanding actually all of them are pretty good on paper. But let's

Well let's start with this and I've been saying it for a while. General managers and coaches

are not held to the same standard in the industry of the NFL and pro football. Actually there's

more pro leagues coming but the only league that matters the NFL general managers are not

on the same line timeline as coaches now coaches make double triple what GM's make. So

it's actually cheaper for owners to keep GM's but one thing is very very evident in the

last over this week is that many GM's and franchise higher people while the process

and the and the thought process of why they hired him. I do believe is correct in if you're
