Our weekly look around the best division in football. I'm Dan Vien's from

Seahawks Forever. That's Rob Guerrera from the Gold Standard Network. And today we are

firmly and fully turning our attention to the draft. But first of all, I do want to ask you

about a couple of things, Rob, because as much as the other three teams in the NFC

West seem to be on vacation until the draft, we'll get into that as we look at each team's

draft stock. The 49ers had some activity this week, Christian Kirk now in the fold, and then

about an hour after you shot down the idea last week on this show,

when I suggested that maybe they would bring Dre Greenlaw back

because the Broncos had just cut him before our show.

In the span of about that two hours, he's a 49er again.

How do you feel about those two moves?

Well, like I said on the show, I said I was worried that Drey Greenlaw was not going to be able to stay

healthy. And then you said, oh, so you don't think the 49ers will do it? And I said, no, they'll definitely do it. And lo and behold, he came back. If you can stay on the field, it's a great addition. We know exactly how he fits. He fits perfectly next to Fred Warner. We've seen them be arguably the best linebacker combination in the game when they're there and healthy.

always been his problem. Now, it's a cheap contract. So maybe it's a risk worth taking. But,

yeah, the injury questions in San Francisco are going to continue this season, at least at linebacker. Yeah. And, you know, of course, in the Pacific Northwest Seahawk fans, I'll always remember Drey Greenlaw is the guy that stopped Jacob Hollister on the one-yard line in 2019. It cost him a division title. Probably not the same player he was then, but still the intangibles are pretty legitimate in terms of Drey Greenlaw as well,

just a good guy to have in your locker room. And then, you know, we knew that wide receiver was going to be a focus this offseason may continue to be so as we get into the draft. We'll talk about that in a minute, you know, the big move to get Mike Evans on the first day of free agency. And then a guy that, you know, I'd kind of forgotten about. He's had such an interesting journey in his career.
