As we started recording news comes down from me in Rappaport from others in the NFL media space saying the Jimmy Garapolo is finalizing a new contract that will make him the highest paid back up in the NFL and stick with the 49ers.

This is intriguing, Mays. It tells us a lot of things and raises more questions about San Francisco. My instinct is that it could be kind of a poison chalice for the 49ers when I think about this situation here with Jimmy Garapolo because yes.

Well, we're going to talk about a team in the Washington commanders that traded for Carson Wentz and gave up way more than they had to and Barnabaric came out and said, if you paid for a guy and he's good, it doesn't matter what you paid for him.
