It's the NFC East preview. We're going to break down the teams, the sleepers, the breakouts,

the bus. And of course, stick around for the end because we got a little game time for

you. We do a little what's trending with the boys and have some fun. Yates, the families

getting bigger. You're starting to prepare. You got the NFL season. This is going to be

a busy year for you, my friend. Every single year, apparently, is going to be a busy year

for me. With last year, it was the move during the NFL season. This year, you're going

to have a baby during the yet. Well, my wife's going to have a baby during the other

bus. Good boy. Good catch. You want to lay that out? Yates is not having it. He's not doing

the work. Okay. So yeah. And it's going to be great. We found out that we're having a

boy over the weekend. So fantastic. Cannot wait. The house is going to be pure chaos now

with two boys. And tags, how was your first summer going in Nashville for you? Now you're

out there. It's the heat. Like how are you adjusting here to this non Illinois lifestyle?
