0:15.5	Downs. I'm so glad to be here with you today. Our music in the background is from our
0:18.8	good friend Mr. John McLaughlin. His new album is called Anxton Grace. I hope you have
0:22.4	a copy of it. As you know this month we have been talking about the next generation and
0:27.6	really doing the best I could to call some of my friends who I consider just to be total
0:32.5	experts in the area of the next generation. So Amy Bird, Drew Hill and J.P.
0:38.2	Cluda have so far been the ones that we have had talking about the next generation.
0:43.0	Millennials, high school students, what it looks like to have them in your life to
0:48.0	love them well and to understand where they are coming from. But honestly if we want to
0:52.8	get the experts on teenagers we need to have some teenagers. So I called a couple of my
0:57.4	favorite gals here in Nashville. Camden who is 13, Raleigh who is 15, and Katie Marie or KK
1:04.2	who is 19. And we all sat down together in my office at the same time it was it was incredibly
1:10.7	fun. You're gonna hear it. But and one of my favorite things about this conversation is the
1:14.8	girls were really honest. They honored their parents. They honored their friends but they also
1:19.4	told the truth. And so just know that I asked some hard questions and they handled it. They handled
1:24.8	it really really beautifully. And they just did an awesome job of telling the truth. And so I'm
1:29.4	just so grateful for them. I think you'll be really encouraged by this conversation. So here
