Announced by US officials, Venezuela's loss of.S. license that allowed it to freely export

and increase investment in its oil sector will hit the volume and quality of its crude and fuel

sales while prompting a flurry of requests for individual US deal

authorizations. Joseph, a very good evening to you. We've been talking about

this for months because Maduro has pushed the limits of demonstrating

he'll hold a fair and free election in July.

Having ruled Ms Machado out, there is now an alternative candidate, but it does not

qualify anywhere near to a free and fair election.
