At the center of this is Venezuela's predation for what appears to be an enormous oil strike by Exxon and other actors

in Guyana.

I think I remember 11.5 billion barrels of oil making a small state capital of Georgetown into a

major refinery and provider for the next X number of decades. But Venezuela, what is the threat to your
