Mexico, a big election in Mexico soon enough and the Galvez challenge to Shinebaum in debate.

Right now the polls say Shinebaum representing Amlos Party Marina well in advance.

However, it's always good to have opposition.

And from my vantage reading about Mexico, this is a prosperous land improving all the time.

Right now its president is a grandfatherly figure who enjoys connection with the people with a TV

broadcast every morning. It's very charming but Amlo is a strong mind who has been in

the game a long time, whereas his putative replacement, Ms. Steinbaum, is a woman

associated with being the mayor of Mexico City and now on the campaign trail.

Very convincingly, by the way, says that her two big issues as the new president of Mexico, if it comes to pass will be water management and renewables.

Ernesto I go to you both those are worthy goals, but that is not my understanding of the challenges of Mexico right now.

They have the border problem, they have the fentanyl problem, they have the cartel problem,

they have a lack of development in the south of the country along the Yucatan

Peninsula, and they have a military that has been voused safe to take control of many of their institutions.
