This is a new world report and we've got new. The precarious future facing

Brazil's new boom towns reads the financial times. But what I'm looking at is a photograph of what appears to be a perfectly laid out boomtown

around large bins.

In the Mato Graso space, this is the former parts of the country that were not developed but they're now a boom down because of agriculture.

Brazil feeds the world and this is what is striking about this is that it's not under government control. This looks like

gold was discovered. Is that how it's regarded in Brazil?

Oh yes John very much so it's the thriving sector of the Brazilian economy for many years now

agriculture agribusiness especially in that region which was kind of away from

everything people hardly knew about the existence of those states,

Mato Grosso, the soul, and now they have this booming economy which is

translating into better social indicators.

That's one important thing.

So it's something that prickles down to the people.

If you look at the life expectancy indicators and all that sort of indicator.

They are improving a lot and those, especially those true two states are today among the five

or six best states in Brazil in terms of the quality of living.

The other aspect is, as you mentioned, this is private-led growth.
