Joseph there is a report from Emmanuel Atollini published most recently

about what appears to be two Brazilian nationals with backgrounds in the Middle East, planning a terror plot linked to Hezbollah.

You have reported in these last days in Peru, of an IRGC operation of some fashion, and now we have incomplete report of Hezbollah

detained in El Paso, Texas acknowledging an intention at least to build a

bomb perhaps in New York. Right now Joseph what is your

measure of terror actors using the Americas as access to either attacking Jewish nationals or Jewish

citizens traveling in the Americas or attacking Jews in the United States.

Is there a trend here or are these one-offs?

So, John, there is a tremendous amount of concern about what's going on in Latin America.

And first let me begin with the first point which is rising anti-Semitism.

This is way bigger than just the countries that we're talking about right now

because there's movements that have been amplified by political actors, academics, even in the media, to start to make claims that are anti-Semitic in their tone but more specifically directed against Israel and the

Jewish people.

And so that's a concern and when you have presidents like President Gabriel Borge, for instance,

in Chile or Zia Maricastro in Honduras that have made false claims,

or most notably, I shouldn't leave out President Gustavo Petro from Colombia,

false claims about what's going on in Gaza calling it a genocide or

making claims about how Israel is basically a they call it a terror state then

when you have heads of state doing things like that, it really becomes a problem.

To your point, John, on the second point I want to make is specifically about these terror plots.
