| 0:58.8 | Mercosur takes a while. However, there's news that something has happened that is positive because |
| 1:05.2 | the participants, the European Commission, that's the executive of the EU, |
| 1:15.1 | and the four countries involved, have said they have an agreement, |
| 1:17.5 | but it needs to be validated back home. |
| 1:21.3 | At the same time, there's a suggestion from Javier Malay, |
| 1:26.6 | the controversial and exciting president of Argentina, |
| 1:32.3 | that the four countries negotiate individually with Europe and no longer try to make it a collective. |
| 1:35.4 | Professor, I hope I've characterized Mercosur's challenges correctly. |
| 1:40.4 | At this point, do you read this good news as really good news or are they just putting a face on it? |
| 1:48.2 | Well, it is the possibility of good news. |
