Subhead Iran and Venezuela talk business as their economies continue to be battered

by sanctions from abroad and skyrocketing inflation at home.

You will recall that Iran and Venezuela have been in conversation in commerce for some

time.

Iran sending refined oil that is gasoline to Venezuela for its army and facilities.

In Venezuela sending the heavy crude oil, it has an abundance to Iran.

But now these two men shaking hands indicate that Iran is moving into an established position

not only with Caracas, but President Raeesee going on to Managua and the Ortega's and

then going on to Havana.

The report says 19 cooperation agreements by two states that are severely sanctioned,

not only by the United States but other allies of the U.S.
