we're learning about how the Americas have been led down one direction by the Chinese

and are rethinking it.

We've talked about Argentina and a space tracking station

that isn't transparent.

Now we go to a port, a huge port called Changcha,, Chankay, Peruvian Port Authority. It's very large, it's going to be

completed soon, and according to the contract reported by the Chinese, it's their exclusive use on Peruvian territory.

This port that Peru has dreams of using for its own development.

Professor, I read from the report right now,

Costco acquired 60% ownership over the port

when the deal was announced in 19 and together with Peruvian Mining Company

Bolkhan, Costco, which is Chinese, it has invested a staggering 3.5 billion in the project which intends to turn the natural

deepwater port into a cargo mega port. The Peruvian government assumed that the

Chinese shipping giant would merely be using the port would merely be using the port that it will majority own, not have exclusive rights to it,

but during the negotiations, Costco somehow gain precisely these rights.

Well, can we sort this out?
