Claudia Shinebaum wins sweeping mandates, says Reuters,

becomes Mexico's first female president

Claudia Scheinbaum is the former mayor of Mexico City

an intellectual from an intellectual family,

someone who's identified quickly as a technocrat.

She's 61 years old, she wins the highest,

according to Reuters, the highest vote percentage

in the history of Mexico's democracy.
