Venezuela remains the dominating story in the Western Hemisphere,

what is to be done, A corrupt election generally understood as driven by the Maduro regime

The opposition led by Maria Karina Machado

and the candidate for the presidency, my name

to count the votes quite separate from the regime,

and their total, which no one challenges at this point yet is that

the winner was the opposition by nearly 70% to 30% for Maduro. However, Maduro was recognized immediately afterwards by some of

his neighbors. He was denounced by Argentina, notably Javier Malay, but some of his neighbors led by Lula de Silva

Brazil, Gustavo Petro, the president of Colombia, and Amla Lopez-Obrador,

the outgoing president of Mexico, did at first appear to acknowledge

Maduro's victory.

Since then, there's been a lot of backpedaling. There's also been the

demand by outside observers such as the United States, the EU, the OAS, and every person who can count, that Maduro is not the winner

and that he should hand over the authority to the opposition.

Madura has refused.

The last account I had was more than 2,000 arrests.
