This is the New World Report and Haiti with all the troubles in the world seems a burdened

in a way that no other state has been not only this last year since the pandemic but also

for decades.

Haiti is so close to the United States and yet so far from security and a decent environment

for the young people.

There have been earthquakes.

There certainly have been changes of government.

There have been challenges to the election process.

And now the gang wars.
