The issue is Paraguay and a recent election that at first report looked run smoothly.

No great tension, no violence, and the results were so strong for one group, one candidate

for the presidency.

It didn't seem to be any opportunity for challenging or the disorder that's followed other elections

in the continent these last years.

However, Paraguay, this is the capital, a Sonsio.

Paraguay, Kubas, who placed third in Paraguay's presidential election, has been arrested following

post-election protests.

Kubas led protests to dispute Sunday's election results.
