constitutional reform to hold early presidential vote. In addition to this, we have the stark

news that Peru has asked the ambassador from Mexico to leave the country promptly. All

this proceeding from the dislocation and disorder following the attempted move by the President

Pedro Castillo to dislocate Congress or the legislature and then the counter-move

by the legislature to remove Pedro Castillo as president and install the vice president

a Miss Balarte. Castillo remains incarcerated. Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela,
