days, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak met with Venezuela's oil minister

in Caracas where they discussed oil market volatility and the status of Venezuela's outstanding

debts to Russia. Then there's the complication, another headline. From Venezuela, political

talks aren't working in its opposition leader Guedo whom you'll remember is recognized

by the United States and other significant allies of the US as the genuine legitimate

president of Venezuela. Professor, the war complicates everything, but we don't just

focus on Europe. There are a lot of nations who've stayed back from sanctions, stayed back
