Joseph, I come to you immediately because we've not talked of Bolivia for some time, but this is a country that is very much troubled between the center in La Paz.

But now we have Iran showing up. Did you expect this, Joseph?

No, this is very much expected, John. The Iran has had a very successful project inside Bolivia.

I don't argue it's probably one of the most successful in all of Latin America.

Most people when they think about Iran and Latin America, the point of Venezuela.

There's a lot to point at because of the warships, the planes, the high level bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

The recent visit of the president from Iran, Ray, you see.

But Venezuela and Iran have a relationship, because even before the Islamic Republic goes to the founding of OPEC, Iran's relation with Bolivia is essentially of the 21st century.

It began in 2007 and it increased incrementally up until today.

I think this is also part of an established defentral relationship that already exists between Bolivian Iran.

It wasn't formalized. It's something that had certain areas of cooperation.
