Well, I think, you know, the main driving force are the external actors that are looking to create conflicts throughout Latin America to be able to benefit from those conflicts

to greater their position and their entrenchment inside the region.

So those specific internal actors would be the ones that we would probably think of, which is China, Russia, and Iran.

China, Russian, Iran are both longtime allies of Evo Morales, meaning when Evo Morales was president of Bolivia, he took the Bolivia away, distance from the United States and made them much closer to the geopolitical orbit of Beijing, Tehran, Moscow.
