Institute, Elections. The major election and their significant elections throughout the Americas

right now. The major one, because of the size of the debt, because of the critical nature of

the people, Argentina, is right in front of us. And I note that the leading polling candidate right

now is someone we could regard as an outsider, presenting himself as a libertarian that has

many possible interpretations. His name is Javier Malai. And right now I mention that Javier Malai

is in contests with two representatives of different points of view in the Argentine society.

The Finance Economy Minister, Mr. Masa, who represents the parenthesis, the conservative

orthodox government as it used to be government as it is. And then a candidate from the security

side of Argentina Bullrich, who is representing herself not only as a female leader, but also as

somebody that is not involved with explaining or solving the debt, and certainly isn't taking

unusual positions such as Mr. Malai. Professor, there are three candidates. It's going to come to

a runoff eventually of two of them. Remind me how it's decided. The first round, what is it to
