should I wait till prices come down? This is a video for you. I know we've been talking a lot about Airbnb and how the

Airbnb bubble will likely impact nominal prices, but I'm going to pull up some charts here that are going to completely blow your mind.

And if you're in the market right now in the real estate market, you're thinking about buying,

if you're thinking about buying, if you're thinking about selling,

this data is something that you have to have.

And I can assure you, your real estate agent doesn't want you to have this information.

This is what your real estate agent is hiding from you.

So on that note, let's go right over to Twitter or X or whatever they're calling it now.

And we've got this gal Amy Nixon. I believe Amy Nixon has been on Adams Podcast a few times,

wealthy on Adam Taggart.

And she just pointed out something.

Again, when you look at these two visuals separately,

it seems like, oh wow, but when you combine them together you really get the gravity of how

big this Airbnb problem is for overall home prices so she points out that this is home sales and Airbnb

listings in Broward County, Florida. So on the left, see if I can increase the size here, on the left, we can increase the size here, on the left, we've got the homes for sale.

You could easily go through here in counties in about a minute.

I would guess there's 50 60 something like that so you in this whole

entire county which is basically Fort Lauderdale you've, let's just say 50 homes for sale

right now.
