alleges that Vincent Mann tried to orchestrate some kind of conspiratorial takeover by

endeavor that would have allowed him to stay in power. I remember it.

So basically, the allegations are that Vince went behind the shareholders back.

He was trying to orchestrate an Endeavour takeover.

That's the company that now owns WWE on the basis that if he bypassed other buyers who wouldn't

have kept him in charge, Ende wouldn't have kept him in charge,

Endeavour would have kept him in charge. Obviously, he's been accused of some very dastardly things.
