reporting that World Wrestling Entertainment is in advanced talks to be sold to Ari

Emmanuel's Ende endeavor group, the parent company of UFC.

Sources are claiming that a deal could be announced

as soon as later today,

with UFC and W.W. W.E. expected to merge to form a new publicly traded company

as part of the agreement. Who are Endeavor? Well they, Endeavor Group Holdings Incorporated, headed up by Ari Emanuel,

media executive, made a very successful purchase of the UFC back in 2021.

Came after many years guiding the careers of its talent through partnerships in the media.

Now, CNBC say that UFC's purchase really paid off for Endeavor. They helped Endeavor sports business make 1.3 billion dollars in revenue last year.

W. W. W. W.E. Generating roughly the same amount last year as well.

And so it makes for quite an appealing portfolio addition for endeavor.

Now what would this new merged company look like?

Well Ari Emanuel is expected to act as chief executive of both Endeavor and whatever

this new company comes to be formed as.

Vince McMahon is expected to be Executive Chairman, while in Deva President Mark Shapiro will work in the same

role at the new company. Dana White will remain as president of the UFC and Nick Khan will remain as

W. W. W. W. E. CEO and serve as president of the wrestling

business. Now, Endeavor is slated to own 51%
