Hello, full of rubber capitals, hope you're well.

So I think there are some serious risks right now to your retirement.

What I'm talking about specifically is a 401k, or if you have a large portion of your net worth in your home equity or in the stock market.

And it's not just about a recession. There's more to it than that. And I think there are these risks, especially what we'll be talking about in the third risk, which are completely off radar.

I think most people this is a blind spot for them.

So if you understand what's happening,

if you understand the details details the nuance with the global

economy I think you're going to be that much more prepared and you're going to be

able to have a better understanding as to what the probabilities are that the stock market or asset

prices in general may come down or may continue to go up to infinity and beyond. You never know. We're only dealing in

probabilities. There are no certainties. But let's shoot straight over to the

Wall Street Journal. And this is the first risk that I think is kind of off radar for most people and it's the housing market but it's not what you think.

You see most people are saying, George, what are you talking about the housing market no no no no no no no no no no no

no no no month over year of a year pretty much flat up a little bit.

We did have a decline a few months ago, granted,

but we've come back up and there's nothing to worry about.

I get it, I get it, it's a real estate bubble. It's worse than 2006. You tell me all the time in your videos. But right now, we're at all-time highs. And there's no reason why it can't go any higher. I have massive amounts of equity, so I am

rich, at least on paper, and at least I feel rich.

This would be the argument.

But I'm not talking about housing prices.

Not talking about real estate prices yet.
