What's really going on with WW Night of Champions?

And this is the news, right?

So today we're breaking things up a little bit.

We're talking Night of Champions and the situation involving that PLE, which is scheduled for this week.

We're going to talk all about that in this video because it is a big talking point, big discussion over the weekend with certain global events, obviously, and then

later on we'll have some silly wrestling stuff that doesn't really matter all that much.

Updates on Buddy Matthews, some booking stuff in AW, a whole bunch of things going on in that

video later on. But we're going to start this one off.

We're going to talk about the night champion situation.

Now, obviously, this is the latest pay-per-view,

or PLE as part of WW's agreement with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

where they hold two annual events per the contract.

Sometimes it varies.

But they're paid $50 million a pop, plus whatever else, I guess, on top.

It's a very, very lucrative revenue stream for WWE. They do it twice a year. Basically,

sometimes it coincides with major geopolitical events. That is the case this very week, of course,

with the recent US strikes in Iran.

Now, obviously, Iran is not Saudi Arabia.
