I hope your weekend is going as well as it possibly can do. I mean, the club World Cup has finally started.

So, yay. I mean, hey man, I will take my football fix wherever I can get it, I guess. So beggars cannot be choos in this situation.

Right, starting things off with a little bit of news on the next act to possibly swap AEW for WWE.

Yes, that would be Private Party.

Now, it was first reported that Aziah Cassidy and Mark Quem were in a contract year here in 2025,

as in their existing deals would be up at some point this year.

In an update on this situation, Dave Meltzer over at the Rest and Observer notes that

private parties, AW deals are up very soon.

Additionally, on this topic, Fightful Select notes that they'd heard earlier this month

that WWE at least had preliminary interest in Castine Quinn.

That was before the frame of reference was known

for their current AEW deals. This fightful story also adds that it's not known whether

AEW has offered private party a new contract or if WWE has reached out with a formal

offer yet, though. I mean, of course, a formal WWE offer could only be made once those AEW deals

expire. I mean, that said, there are ways to essentially sound the talent out, I guess, maybe getting

someone friendly with private party to just casually ask, you know, a friendly question about

what's going on with your contracts.

Then that message makes it way back to management.

And I mean, is that morally correct, ethically correct?
