Of course, the winner of Ober versus Ricky Saints,

they were, well, it was already announced that they were going to be facing Cody Rose at Saturday night's main event next weekend.

And given the relationship between cody and my close personal

friend absolute rickie most people kind of predicted we'd get a fun roads versus saints match next

weekend um likewise i know myself i didn't expect double femy to get another run as as the nxte champion

i mean did he need another run um it kind of felt like ob Ober was primed and ready for a main roster move.

And Ricky, I mean, Ricky's been doing this thing at the top of the NXT men's division.

Maybe he'd carry that belt for a few more months and maybe look at Saints, his own main roster move after Rossomy 42.

But hey, that's just my thoughts.

But no, Oba Femi will be sticking around in NXT for at least a little while longer, becoming a two-a-time

NXT champion and setting up Oba versus Cody for next weekend.

Now, to be fair, I think that match could be a lot of fun, as could Cody versus Ricky.

I mean, we have seen that before, technically over in AEW, but just personally, having been

on the Ricky Stark's train for a long old time, I selfishly wanted to see Ricky get that spot of the huge Saturday Night's main event, the John Senor's retirement special.
