Epic Times.

So he was referencing telling the story about when he was watching the so-called debate.

I call it the, is there any kids listening right now, just do the quick earmuffs. I call it the shit show

because that's that's really what it was.

But he's referencing when Jake Tapper,

because the guy's name, he said to the straight face that grocery prices have gone up by 20% since Biden was elected so that would be since 2020 the last four years not 20% per year, but 20% total.

Yeah, right.

And that's where the author said,

he kind of, rhe, it's put on the brakes, it's like, wait a minute, what did he just say?

Because my grocery bill has gone up by 100% or 200% or whatever.

And let me be very clear back in 2022 in July and in summer I started to talk

about how my base case was for disinflation but that doesn't mean that

prices aren't continuing to go up.

It's not deflation I was talking about.

I was like I was talking about prices just going up at a slower rate.

And I definitely think the CPI is actually the CP lie, as my good buddy Jason Burke always says. But I do think a trend is correct. So when we got up to 9.1%, I think we're probably closer to 15 or 20.

And now we're all the way down to 3.4, according to what the Central Planters and

authoritarians tell you.
