One man's trash is another man's treasure

So a couple of weeks ago we fooled Don McLean

We didn't tell her what we were gonna talk about this week. It's John's turn and

John we are leading up to something that I think you will find

Fascinating, but um started out. There's a there's a week long period every spring in crystal, Minnesota

Called and it's a really catchy name the bulky waste curbside cleanup

in the city of crystal and it's actually running right now May 28th through April 7th

Basically the hennapin recycling group will pick up just about anything

That you put on the curb. It's called bulky waste cleanup and that means if you've got something sitting around the house that the trash

Wouldn't take normally you throw it out there the only things you can't do is TV's electronics

Tires you everybody knows you got a burn tires. That's the only way to get rid of tires

Paints you you pour that down the drain and all chemicals. They just go right out in the yard

So they won't pick those up. What if I don't live in crystal and I have some things to get rid of but in the night

I happen to be driving through

I think it's deposited at a different location

The answer to that is yeah

Yeah, but you know I'm just saying I'm just asking for a friend right right

So this is actually a big big event for people looking to scavenge

Scavenge interesting or cool items for free think of it as a garage sale

But everything is free. So what happens is people
