1:02.4	So just to set the groundwork here is a quick recap.
1:05.7	On February 7th, the right wing tabloid, the Washington Free Beacon got a hold of, I think
1:11.6	they posted it online, they were just waiting for it.
1:13.6	A $30 million grant funding at the Department of Health and Human Services had set aside
1:18.3	as dictated by the CARES Act to provide a harm reduction, one item out of 18 involved,
1:23.8	funding for organizations that passed out quote unquote smoking kits, another drug quote
1:28.2	unquote paraphernalia.
