On the past few episodes, you might have heard us talking about an international opportunity that I was lucky enough to participate in through my residency.

For the past two months, I have been in New Zealand, and part of that time, I was able to actually work in the ED as a registrar, which is basically

the New Zealand equivalent of a resident.

Doing so made it a bit difficult for me and Mike to record.

So that's one reason for the different episode this month.
