In a famous 1991 article for Commentary magazine,

scholar Ruth Weiss described anti-Semitism as the most durable and successful ideology of the 20th century.

Unfortunately, it's doing pretty well in the 21st century too.

And in a new book titled How to Fight Antissemitism, New York Times

writer Barry Weiss describes how Jews now are under attack from three different varieties

of this ancient hatred. With strains originating in the far right, the

far left, and among militant Muslims.

This week I traveled to New York City where I spoke to Barry about her new book over lunch at a midtown restaurant.
