business. So there's some big principles that you need to understand. There's a, I want to start at the 30,000 foot looking down and really help you grasp the big picture.

Okay, so first of all, it's important to understand that when we talk about getting deals, I call this just finding deals.

Another way that we say this is lead

generation generating leads or we talk about marketing channels different ways to

generate leads and there's some principles here that you need to understand like

I said first of all is I want you to think about a timeline or a scale that starts

have to happen here. And they all progress in the same direction. They all correlate together.

So first of all is, let's talk about the quality of the lead. Now, in wholesale real estate,

quality of a lead would mean the motivation of the seller or the distress of the situation.

So there are some leads that are maybe less motivated than others, or there are some leads that have very high intent or high motivation.

For example, if you're a pre-foreclosure lead and the auction date is on Friday and it's Tuesday and you're about to lose the property.
