So, this is part two of a two-part series on the Don't Say Gay Law in Florida, as well as the multitude of anti-gay laws sweeping the nation.

I don't think this was a bill he signed into law, but it was specifically designed to be like

a culture war anti-trans athlete bill that specifically

prohibits male to female trans athletes and even down to the level of high school sports.

Now what's fascinating is the bill actually has language in it that technically could be described

as genital inspections are allowed on children,

underage children by high school officials. And I don't know if that means they have to bring in

like a medical professional or send them to a doctor to get a general inspection, but you basically

are allowed to, if you suspect a child like in your high school sports team as being trans,

you are allowed to have like a genital assessment done to make sure that they're actually,

you know, presenting, I guess, down below as the gender they're saying, even though someone

who is transgender could have gotten bottom

surgery, so it doesn't really make a whole lot of sense. But that's actually a law in Florida.

So that's going to encourage groomers to be. That's what's so odd about this. And additionally, Abby,

just want to say one more thing, want to get this point out of the way. We talked about it before

and had a chance to say it on the podcast. But Candice Owens telling people to call the police on teachers and school officials who

are talking about sexual orientation to their students. I mean, isn't that going to like actually

make more false police reports filed or lower the threshold of like what actual
