one of the big benefits that I still experience now through the breath is this increase in energy

and also knowing certain tools that I can turn to when I'm lacking in energy, you know, if it's an afternoon and I've been doing a lot of stuff in front of the computer or, or if for example I do two days in the week I do a manual labor job. I call myself a gardener. I'm not really. I'm just somebody that lifts stones, digs poles and chops down bushes and things like that.

But I love it for its physical nature, but it does mean that eight hours of doing that

I quite often need a shot of energy so there will be times probably

not when I'm handling a power tool but there will be times when I just you know

I've just been holding a hedge trimmer then you know there'll be certain techniques I can turn to just to warm me up so yeah the

energetic side of breath work has definitely been really beneficial. The Senate chakros, swirling fortices of energy, positioned throughout our body from the base of the spine to the crown of the head for thousands of years.
