1:30.0	the power to arrest migrants and gives judges the ability to issue orders to remove them to Mexico.
1:38.6	So this law it's known as SB 4, it will take effect in March, it's supposed to take effect in March at least,
1:45.7	will likely, very likely see legal challenges to this law, which may delay that, may even never
1:51.4	take effect, but let's talk about it. Obviously we know that border
