But the Texas Attorney General was incensed that last week, an appellate court actually put a stay

capabilities. But the attorney general quickly asked the Supreme Court to intervene on Monday,

and sure enough, I haven't seen anything like this before.

They made a decision in the 11th hour to clear the way to lift this day

and to allow the state of Texas to carry out its scheduled execution, albeit a few hours
