I had so much fun recording with Dr. Jose Antonio, one of my favorite protein scientists.

He is the author of so many of these fantastic protein overfeeding studies where participants

all of them. And we kick off the episode talking about the recent new study that I was super excited about showing that there is no upper limit on muscle protein synthesis when consuming 100 grams of protein.
