And most of you guys probably realize I've been gone for a long time.

What's been going on?

So I'm going to share a little bit about that, what I've been up to and what I've been doing behind the scenes, what I've been working on,

what's happened in my life recently that's been pretty, pretty emotional.

And I want to share with you guys some recent information about that I've come across about

prostate health and prostate cancer.

And I guess it's just really based on personal experiences that have happened recently.

So before I get into that, though, a lot of you guys have been emailing in asking where I've

been, what happened to the show, are you still doing the show, all that kind of stuff?

And I will say that I've taken a lot of time off the show and I do plan to get back to the

shows, but I think I'm going to do them in a

completely different way. I'm just going to do shorter shows, much shorter episodes. I wrote an

email about this a while back and oh my gosh, the overwhelming replies that I've received from you,

everyone saying that they would love to, you know, for me to do shows again,

just kind of blew me away. So I appreciate that a lot. And it makes me feel, feel happy that

you enjoy my podcasts. So I'm going to be doing much shorter episodes, more tight, more focused

on my research and focused on solutions and maybe different things I'm

researching, different experiences I'm having. And recently we've had some stuff come up in the

family regarding prostate health. So I wanted to share a little bit of information about that.
