We're joined right now by Todd Seaford. He's CEO president of Ruger firearms. Todd, how are you, my friend? Great, Tom. Happy New Year. Thanks for having me on. Thank you. You know, you guys screwed me up because I was all prepared to talk about the Ruger Red Label, this cool shotgun. I'm thinking That'll be the latest thing, and then I'll let you go.

Do you guys ever stop bringing out new guns? label, this cool shotgun. I'll think that'll be the latest thing. And then I'll look, go, no, it's not the latest thing.

Now you've got a thing called Harry or out you? Do you guys ever stop bringing out new guns? Well, you know, as you know, the industry, that's all we talk about, right, is what's new, not what's old. So part of the job is making sure we try to stay ahead, which, as you know, is also difficult. So we're excited about the lineup.

We're excited about all the products we launched over the last really 30 days and what that does for us in 2026. It's just amazing. You keep cranking stuff out. Well, let's start with the one I really wanted to talk about, which is I have always been a fan of the Ruger Red label. It's a great over and under shotgun. And then a lot of us really lamented and we're sorry when it went away.

It's like, oh, man, do you remember when they

used to make the Red Label? And then we started hearing rumors. It's like, no, they really wouldn't. And then you announced it, yes, we're bringing back the Red Label. Tell me about it. Absolutely. You know, it's funny. The first two shotguns ever owned were red labels. I was lucky enough to meet Bob Thompson, who was longtime sales manager for Ruger back in the late 90s when I first got in the industry.

And he was nice enough to get me a 12-gauge and a 20-gauge set. And so that's what I was introduced to wing shooting out in Oregon, Chucker and peasant hunting. So they've always been near and due to my heart. And one of the main questions that I got, Tom, after arriving here at Ruger last March, was, when are you going to bring the red label back? Yeah. And so that was the challenge. And so the team had some ideas.

And obviously, we make everything here in the United States.

We wanted to stay true to that.

And so we partnered with our good friends in Connecticut and came up with a throwback to the original 1977 Ruger Red Label.
