And remember, the Trump administration recently warned that they're buying farms right near U.S. military bases.

Now it's also being reported they're buying water supplies.

And it's not even just water supplies or farmland as we've been hearing about.

The spotlight is also on minerals.

China has a near total monopoly on gallium,

and that could very greatly impact U.S. defense supply chains,

according to a new report.
