A party place and a party city turned into a nightmare in the early hours of this January 1st.

drove his pickup truck into the crowds early this morning, ploughing through pedestrians

and we are working to confirm how the subject became in possession of his vehicle. An ISIS flag was

located on the trailer hitch of the vehicle, and the FBI is working to determine the subject's

potential associations and affiliations to terrorist organizations.
