Gotta love that. Getting the W that the Lakers absolutely needed.

Final score, Lakers 124 Warriors 111.

The Lakers, well, they got to coast for most of the fourth quarter.

And that is what we want to see.

We didn't quite, I think we were optimistic about how it would go, but to see it play out the way that it did, they get a big lead in the first half. They kind of blow it, three point lead at half time, but then to see them sort of put this one away in the third quarter in the first half of the fourth quarter to the point that Anthony Davis doesn't even need to play in the fourth. LeBron gets to rest. I know the final score is, what, a 13 point victory, but it was 26, I believe,

at one point. And so 28, excuse me, was the biggest lead. This was a game. They were favored by

six points. They easily covered the spread. You can only play the team that's in front of you.

I know Golden State without Steph Curry isn't the greatest team in the history of the world, but the Lakers won. They won comfortably. They won easily. They did what they needed to and should have done. And so you got to be pleased with that. 100%. I mean, this is what the Lakers needed. across the, across the NBA, we saw the Lakers get a win. And so because of that, naturally, the Warriors lost, which helps. The Pelicans lost. The Thunder lost. Now, the Jazz won that game, but we talked about this over on playback during the game,
