Trucks carrying humanitarian aid have entered the Gaza Strip directly from Israel for the first time since the Hamas attacks of October the 7th

The supplies passed through the newly reopened Kiram Shalom crossing aid deliveries had previously only been allowed into Gaza via the Rafa crossing with Egypt.

It hoped the decision to open the Karam Shalam crossing will double the number of vehicles
